When they apply, their registered mobile number will be authenticated with an OTP to ensure filtered customers are onboard.

Multi Stage data feeding keeps the customer fresh and enjoys providing the information rather than boring single page approach. SelfieAccount carries a digital Finger Scanner to ensure the authentication of customer during IPV (In Person Verification) Process. Using the camera, customer can take the photo of the KYC documents and upload in the system.

SelfieAccount has an established Back Office Portal using which these documents are processed and any issues are notified back to the customer for providing additional information or corrections. Customer can track the Application from initiation till closure conveniently on the MobileAPP.

SelfieAccount Helpdesk functionality enables the customer in creating any queries and track them till closure. SelfieAccount is SMS & Email integrated for any notifications, alerts, reminders and escalations.

Auto Translator facility of SelfieAccount (Using Google Translator) helps the customer in type their information in any language and the App convert them into English for processing. Similarly, CPU agents can view the content in any language for processing.
